Therapy for a Deeper Way of Living
Therapy can be a place to address what is difficult or challenging, but it can also become something more: a space for curiosity, discovery, creativity, and a pathway into a deeper relationship with yourself and the life you are living.
Â
An invitation into a deeper relationship.
You may be coming to therapy during a time of transition, uncertainty, loss, or difficulty. Or perhaps nothing is particularly “wrong,” yet you sense that something within you is asking for attention. You may be seeking greater meaning, a more authentic relationship with yourself, deeper connection with others, or simply a place where you can slow down enough to hear what is emerging.
Therapy with Spark Inner Wellness is an invitation to explore rather than simply explain, to experience rather than only analyze, and to become curious about the many dimensions of being human. Together, we can make room for what is known and unknown, conscious and unconscious, embodied and imagined, personal and relational.Â
Explore Working TogetherA Deeper Approach to Therapy and a Meaningful Process
My approach is grounded in depth psychology, somatic therapy, and creative expression. I am interested in the visible experiences of everyday life as well as the less visible currents moving beneath them. Dreams, relationships, bodily experience, imagination, creativity, and the patterns that emerge in our daily lives are all meaningful doorways into greater self-understanding and support a journey towards a more meaningful way of being and a deeper way of living.
Being in the World
Engaging a therapeutic process
Your body enters the room. Your personal history enters the room. Your assumptions, instincts, emotions, imagination, and capacity for presence enter the room.Â
The therapeutic setting is a place to  explore the current challenges you face while also remaining grounded in the complexity of life and existential realities that are upon us.
It is also a place to wonder, explore, discover, and experiment with new ways of being in the world.
Personal Growth
The visible concerns of daily life can become doorways into a deeper understanding of yourself, your history, your relationships, and the true nature of your being.
Professional Development
The way we listen, lead, create, respond to uncertainty, navigate relationships, and make decisions is shaped by our own histories and ways of seeing the world. Â
Embodied Methods
Embodied therapy invites attention to your lived experience and the body becomes a living gateway to forms of knowing that often remain overlooked in the realm of thinking.
Therapy can offer a space to slow down, listen inwardly, and become curious about the patterns, desires, questions, and possibilities that are asking for your attention.
Creative Expressions
Creativity is not reserved for artists. It is one of the ways human beings make meaning, imagine possibilities, metabolize experience, and discover what has not yet found language. Â
Dream Work
Dreams illuminate patterns that remain outside ordinary awareness. They can bring attention to conflicts, desires, relationships, possibilities, and neglected aspects of ourselves.Â
Relationships
Meaningful relationships challenge us and help us grow. They ask for presence, curiosity, vulnerability, and an ability to encounter another person without losing oneself.Â
Your Inner Life
There is an entire dimension of experience that exists beneath the events and interactions of your day-to-day encounters. Â
